It was a lot of work but well worth it as it raised both Hilton and our industry's profile to a vast audience. Ambition To be a HR director for a large London hotel or cluster of smaller properties. Following his graduation from London Metropolitan University, David Morison joined the Hilton Park Lane as HR co-ordinator in 2007.
